Story
My work is shaped by lived experience within the justice system, military service, and public sector roles supporting veterans. Through this work, I have seen firsthand how systems often fail when individuals are under pressure, in crisis, or operating with limited resources. AIDA was developed to address that gap—creating AI systems that remain usable, clear, and effective when conditions are not ideal.
Current Role
I currently serve as a Veterans Services Officer with the Los Angeles County Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, working directly with justice-involved and underserved veteran populations.
